In gigantic cities like the metropolis where lifestyle is quite fast tracked and instant, we see that people in such cities are workaholic. Life is such cities are more of a rush because every one is such cities is seen running after name, fame and money. People in such cities are very much carrier focused as well as very ambitious they just cannot see anything else except there work. People in such cities like to work extra hours on there work, they are super conscious about there work means they like to work extra hours so that they can get the name, fame and most important money. Not only this they want more and more of luxury and for all this they are ready to work extra hours.
These extra hours of work and pressure is ok but to a certain extent and the reason is that you cannot keep on stretching the pressure on your body. You start reducing rest hours, sleep hours, you don’t have time to take proper food, and in fact later you don’t have time left to look after your family. This extra hour of work not only affects your health and over all health it even affects your mental health and peace.
We see that such kind of people who are over conscious about there work and want to work long hours just to come up the ladders, mostly suffer from mental health problem. They first start having stress, tension and pressure because of this long hour of work. This happens because of the pressure you create on your mind. It is not at all healthy to create so much of pressure on your mind.
Because of this tension, pressure and stress people start feeling like they are failures and they are just not able to keep there mental health stable.
